My name is Amy Starr Allen and I want to officially welcome you to my site… I’m so glad you found your way here.
My specialty is in Online Network Marketing & Personal Development. I am originally from Matawan, New Jersey (yes, I’m a true Jersey girl at heart!), but I currently reside in Boulder, Colorado with my 2 daughters, Olivia and Ava.
I received a Business degree from the University of Miami, and then shortly after graduating from college, I moved to San Diego, then Boulder, then New Orleans, Telluride, Boulder again, Denver, back to New Jersey, New Zealand, Steamboat Springs, and finally back to Boulder. Whew!
What I learned about myself is that I am an entrepreneurial spirit… I’ve never liked to be tied down into a job that requires working for somebody else with a limit on how much money I can earn.
I’ve had all sorts of careers working for myself including Real Estate, Personal Training, a Birth & Postpartum Doula career, and website development.
It wasn’t until I found Network Marketing that I realized that I could actually make an income that was RESIDUAL ($ that continues to come in even after I stop working). Once I got a taste of this, I knew that trading hours for dollars was a thing of the past for me.
My Network Marketing career hasn’t always been peaches and cream, though. It took me quite some time to get to the point where I was earning a decent residual income, and it required a lot of pounding the pavement (literally)… cold calling, inviting my warm market, networking events, etc.
Then I discovered internet marketing and my whole world literally changed. I actually became fascinated with it and began travelling around the country to different seminars and workshops to learn as much as I could. And eventually I took on a couple of mentors who have shown me the path to attraction marketing over the last few years… and the rest is literally history.
Now I find my purpose in helping people create network marketing organizations by simply branding themselves and marketing on the internet. I absolutely love that I get to empower others to become successful simply by being their authentic selves. It definitely doesn’t get any better than this… life is good!
You see, I truly believe that most Network Marketers fail because they are trying to build their businesses using the old outdated traditional methods that we’ve been using for decades.
My goal is to help as many Network Marketers as I can succeed by teaching them how to implement the more current strategies and techniques that are up to date with the age of the internet and modern technology. And with these techniques, we have the ability to come in contact with millions of people all over the world that we wouldn’t have had a chance to meet otherwise!
And, by using these techniques, I can show you how to have these people come to you! I will show you how to go from being the hunter to being the “hunted”.

What you’ll learn if you hang around this site over time is that I am extremely passionate about a few things: residual income, time freedom, and personal development.
Residual Income
Thanks to the Network Marketing industry, I have been able to create a full-time residual income for myself. Before finding my way into this incredible industry, I spent many many years simply trading hours for dollars and had very little time freedom.
Because of what residual income has provided for me in my life (time freedom!), I have become extremely passionate about (and committed to) helping others have the benefits of residual income as well.
Time Freedom
I want to help you have true wealth. True wealth includes having time freedom in your life so that you can spend your days doing the things you love most (traveling, playing music, painting, spending time with your family, or whatever it is that YOU love to do most). Residual income is our access to this type of time freedom.
To give you a somewhat recent example…
A couple of years ago I went through a divorce. I became a single mom in an instant and my whole life changed on a dime. My daughters at the time were 3 years old and 4 weeks old.
Because I had so much to deal with (moving, lawyers, etc), I literally took 4 months off completely. Thanks to the power of residual income, the checks kept showing up in my mailbox and, even though I had stopped working for 4 months, I was able to completely support my family without having to go out and get a job. What a gift…
I also love to travel and get paid while I’m on vacation. 
This is such a blessing… and I truly believe that everyone should have this type of time freedom in their lives.
Personal Development
I have spent the last 14 years or so completely emersing myself in the world of personal development. I love to grow as a human being on a daily basis… and I’m definitely not the type of person who could ever be content just going through the motions every day and not consistently wanting to improve myself and my level of contribution to society.
I love to educate and empower others, those that are willing, to help them grow as people, develop into leaders and to create the lives of their dreams.
I am committed to living life to the fullest, and to honoring my highest potential.
And, through this website, I will educate, entertain, and empower you so that you can live your life to your highest potential.
