People, more than anything else, want to feel a sense of community and belonging.
When we develop a strong culture within our businesses, we create a sense of loyalty from our customers.
Without a strong sense of culture, our customers will tend to have ‘shiny object syndrome’ and will always be looking for the latest and greatest new offer.
On the other hand, when we offer a product or service that comes with a strong sense of culture and belonging, people are much more likely to stick around for the long term as repeat customers and members.
