So much is still unfolding and changing and being So much is still unfolding and changing and being released since my Kambo session on Saturday. It's been the deepest cleanse I've ever done, on all levels (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually). I've gotten a lot of questions about it so I am going to record a podcast episode with some details about my experience and journey. I'll let you know once it's ready. During the times that my body was feeling sick and shaky... the words I kept receiving from my guides on this journey (@elenaweber62 and @rondnor), always included 'faith' and trusting in the process, and knowing that the medicine is doing it's job in exactly way that it needs to. And, no matter how queasy my body feels sometimes since Saturday, I really know this, all the time. And I know that this is literally the deepest level of self care I can possibly do for myself.... which is exactly why I was so called to do it. I have never felt this kind of peace in my entire life. ❤️ Then tonight, I got an email from another one of my favorite spiritual guides whose email list I'm on. She doesn't know me personally, this was just part of her newsletter... and, of course, it was perfect for me today. I thought it might be perfect for some of you as well so I wanted to share it. I had my first Kambo ceremony yesterday. The mark I had my first Kambo ceremony yesterday. The marks on my skin are the tiny burn marks that are used to administer the medicine, directly into the lymphatic system. The medicine is made from a secretion from the giant tree frog in the Amazon. It’s been known to have I incredible healing effects, physical, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I‘ve been called to do it for a while... and although I was nervous end scared, I knew I had to follow my intuition. I came to the ceremony with the intention of purging any negative energy and trauma that has been weighing me down... just feeling the need to heal on a much deeper level. It’s been one of the most intense experiences I’ve ever had. The process itself only lasts about 20 minutes... the medicine kicks in as soon as it’s applied... and there’s lots of purging, heat, and rapid heart rate. I felt like I was going to pass out at one point. For many people, the purging would stop there... but mine lasted 24 hours. Supposedly when you have ongoing symptoms after it’s because you really needed the medicine and it’s working on a deep level. I can say from my experience that I must have REALLY needed it. ❤️ It’s too soon to report any results yet... I’m still feeling queasy and laying low. My face is bright red today, too... I’m grateful that I had this experience and felt totally held and cared for on such a deep level by @rondnor and @elenaweber62. Today has been insane. You seriously wouldn't beli Today has been insane. You seriously wouldn't believe it if I told you all of the synchronicities that have happened in the last 24 hours... too many to count (maybe I'll do a video about it). Here's a small snapshot... Making lots of changes and doing lots of BIG personal and spiritual growth. Yesterday morning I was feeling scared about some upcoming stuff and the phone rang, but I was in the middle of something and couldn't answer it. I didn't recognize the number, and they didn't leave a message. Normally in that case, I would just move on with my day, but for some reason I felt inspired to call the number back. A lovely woman answered and I told her she had recently called me and I was just calling back. She was so grateful that I did. She was a Jehovah's witness, and she said she was just calling to read me some scripture. She asked if that would be okay. I said, "Sure." She read: Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear: I am with you; do not be anxious: I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.” I am not a religious person, at all. But this came at the EXACT moment that I needed it and made a difference . Then today I was driving for a couple of hours and put on one of my playlists on Spotify that has 400 songs on it (and counting... I add to it every day). EVERY SINGLE song that came on was exactly what I needed to hear, again... to the point where I had tears streaming down my face the whole time. Then, later this afternoon, I noticed that I had missed a call on What's App from the UK. One of my newly sponsored business members is from the UK, so I assumed it was him and called him back. He was the one of the most beautiful souls I've ever spoken to. He is originally from Zimbabwe, 70 years old. He has the most beautiful accent, and the hugest heart... I could sense his tears as he spoke. He was SO happy and touched that I called. He said to me, " I can only surrender and salute you for all you are doing for all of us. You are a great blessing. Always I look to you and I honor you." [CONTNUED IN THE COMMENTS]
Had a sad and hard day today... then I went to the Had a sad and hard day today... then I went to the beach this evening and all of this happened. I feel so much better now. Nature is so amazing and unbelievably healing, in a mind blowing sort of way. ❤️
You know what to do. The only thing that stops y You know what to do. The only thing that stops you from having everything that you desire is that you second guess yourself. You have intuition. You have a knowing about things. You often get a hit about what to do next. And right before you do it, you stop. You start to have doubts. You worry about how it, and you, will be received by others. STOP THAT. You are not like ANYONE else... so there's no reason to compare yourself to them in any way. Do it your way.
