What’s Possible When You Trust Your Intuition (Even When You Don’t Want To)

trust your intuition

This has been a crazy year for me.

As I looked over the year around new year’s last year and evaluated how 2014 had been, I noticed that every time there was suffering involved in my life, it came from NOT trusting my own intuition.

And, at that point, I made 1 promise to myself for the coming year (2015)… to follow my heart NO MATTER WHAT for the entire year.

This video explains what happened as a result of this ‘experiment’.

There are seriously no words to describe what an incredible, scary, fulfilling, and life-changing year this has been for me as I took on this challenge.

And, because of what transpired this year, as scary as it was at times, I am committing to continuing to live this way as we move into another new year. Whew! (Scary!).

Yes… it IS super scary to REALLY follow your heart, your gut, your intuition. Trust me, I know.

But if we live any other way, we end up suffering, every time.

The ‘Follow Your Heart Challenge’ for 2016

Okay, so now I have a challenge I’d like to invite you to as we get ready to roll into another New Year.

Can you commit to trusting your intuition and following your heart (no matter what it takes, and even when you don’t want to) for the entire year in 2016?

I can pretty much guarantee it will be harder than you think.

I can also pretty much guarantee it will pay you in ways you can’t possible dream of right now.

Are you ready?

Let me know in the comments below…

Also, please share any of your own experiences that you’ve had on this topic.

What was something you experienced when you really let go of the fear and truly followed your heart?

What was something you suffered over because you didn’t follow your intuition?

Share as much detail as possible.

Herę is what I found when it comes to intuition. Listening intuition is always better than trying to understand everything in logical way but because in most cases we trust our ‘logical brain’ it is hard until we get first proof.

Great point, Michael. I also find that much of the ‘guidance’ I receive from my heart/gut/intuition is far from logical. That’s what makes it hard to follow… but also what causes the greatest gifts when we just follow and trust.

I had a recurring dream many years ago that I needed to go to New Zealand for 6 months. I didn’t understand it or why, but I sold everything I owned and went. People thought I was crazy, but it turned out to be one of the best experiences in my life and I met some of my biggest teachers on that journey. It was FAR from logical, though. 🙂

Yes… it’s true, Andrea… it’s been a crazy year. This year in and of itself has been a game changer. 🙂 And the coming year is gonna be incredible… I can feel it!

It’s as if I’ve been building my ‘follow your heart’ muscle and learning how to really tap into that guidance… and to be able to follow it even when i don’t really want to to access the miracles on the other side. And I’m ready to help others do the same! 🙂
