Working out is a great way to relieve stress.
Sometimes we talk ourselves out of workout when our day is stressful or doesn’t go as planned, when actually working out could quite possible be he best thing we can possible do for ourselves when we are feeling stressed.
This video was shot on a day that I spent in tears. This was BY FAR, the best part of my whole day.
